By using Stakd, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Stakd, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Stakd is a portfolio tracking app for trading cards. We provide:

A card database and market price references
Tools to track your collection
Portfolio analytics and statistics
Price alerts (premium feature)

3. User Accounts

Account creation: You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

Responsibility: You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.

Minimum age: You must be at least 13 years old to use Stakd.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use Stakd for illegal activities
Attempt to hack or compromise our infrastructure
Create multiple accounts to bypass limits
Resell access to Stakd without permission
Scrape or extract our data automatically

5. Intellectual Property

Our content: Stakd and its content (logo, design, text) are protected by copyright.

Card data: Card images and information belong to their respective owners (The Pokémon Company, Wizards of the Coast, etc.).

Your data: You retain all rights to the data you enter into Stakd.

6. Prices and Market Information

Important notice: Prices displayed in Stakd are for informational purposes only. They are aggregated from third-party sources and may not reflect actual market prices. Stakd does not guarantee price accuracy. Do not make investment decisions based solely on our data.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Free plan: Limited to 50 cards. Core features are free forever.

Paid plans: Monthly or yearly billing. Cancellation is possible at any time.

Refunds: Available within 14 days for new subscriptions (see our refund policy).

8. Limitation of Liability

Stakd is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. In no event will Stakd be liable for financial losses related to use of our service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account if:

You violate these terms
You misuse the service
Your payment fails (for paid plans)

You may delete your account at any time from the app settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may change these terms at any time. Major changes will be notified by email. Continuing to use Stakd after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada (Province of Quebec). Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts of Montreal.
