Delete Your Account
How to delete your Stakd account, from the app or without it.
You can delete your Stakd account at any time. Deletion is immediate, performed server-side, and cannot be undone.
1. Delete from the app (recommended)
- Open Stakd and go to Profile
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account
- Confirm. Your account and its data are deleted immediately.
2. Delete without the app
If you no longer have the app installed, email info@arfy.ca from the address associated with your account, with the subject “Account deletion”. We process requests within 30 days and confirm by reply.
3. What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in identity
- Your Stakd Store storefront, listings and their photos
- Buyer inquiries linked to your store
- On your device: your local collection, portfolio history and preferences
A collection you track without ever creating an account is stored only on your device — deleting the app deletes it.
4. What is not affected
Your subscription is not cancelled by deleting your account. Subscriptions are billed by the app store you purchased from — manage or cancel them in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
